The Boring (but Important) Bits

Ordering & Delivery

All orders are placed via our wholesale ordering platform. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order is in.

We can also set up automated repeat orders once we know your average weekly volume.

Orders go out Monday to Friday via overnight courier. Get your order in before 12 noon for next working day delivery by 4pm. Standard delivery is free.

The minimum order per delivery location is £90 (approx. 5kg) within mainland UK (excludes NI & Scottish Highlands).

Need it sooner? Pre-noon delivery is +£20 +VAT. For same-day delivery, get in touch early and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Invoicing & Payment

Payments can be made by card, BACS, or Direct Debit.

Prefer to pay by direct debit?

Click here to set up automatic payments - these will be taken on your invoice due date.

Invoices are sent per order, and a dispatch note is included with every delivery. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are VAT zero-rated.

Please note: if invoices remain unpaid for more than 45 days, we may pause supply until the balance is cleared.
